2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee WK1 in Jasper, Canada

Just like me, my younger brother is also a big fan of cars, so naturally he explores the world around him and always shares some photos from his trips with me. Seen here is one of his Jeeps.

Every once in a while, I will come across a photo that really connects with me. Immediately I get a vision of the final outcome – that's how I know the connection has been established, and I set aside the photo for further post processing in Photoshop with that vision in embedded in my mind.

While working on each image some aspects of the vision eventually evolve graphically, however I try to keep the core idea as close to original thought as possible. I would say that in most cases, things turn out better than I envisioned them, and this particular piece is no exception. ;)
